Called the hotel to request a non-smoking room and was told all was okay. No non-smoking room available on arrival. Cooking and smoking odors present.

Everything! Extra charges, no cleaning, no closet, poor smell.

They do nothing to accommodate the guest, nor do they go out the way to make you feel welcome. Every time to the desk, the front desk personnel was talking on a personal call and stood on the phone with them, while helping us. My Husband, daughter and I were extremely disappointed. ...read more

Bed sheets were dirty with body fluids and staff did not look professional.

I would not pay to stay at this location in the future.
